Loved it, would definitely recommend

Location is great, with restaurant right on the beach and shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Service and food in hotel restaurant were excellent, prices are reasonable

On flight path so there is some aircraft noise but it was not overly disruptive

Best location, smiley staff always helpful, beautiful hotel, big rooms and comfortable.

Breakfast coffee machine extra slow. Not clean enough in the rooms , could do better forvtge floors esp.

Wonderful

Beautiful resort, right at the beach and also close to all restaurants and pubs & shopping. The pools and the restaurant were very nice. The staff was helpful

Size of the room that we stayed in (Deluxe) was much smaller than what was mentioned at the time of booking. So it was kind of disappointing

Very Good

I got a room upgrade to the villa, it was a pleasant surprise, exceptional room and probably the highlight of my stay.

Breakfast options can improve - there isn't much variety and the menu doesn't change.

We would definitely come back

The location, the rooms, the staff, the food everything was really nice.

The other guests reserved their pool chairs so early at the pool at the beach that it was possible to get a sunbed there as well. There were no sunbeds at the beach.

Really enjoyed the stay, when returning to Samui I would definitely consider this hotel again!!

Great location, very close to busy Chaweng nightlife and restaurants but quiet enough that you don’t notice it is there. Pools and access to beach was excellent, buffet breakfast had lots of choice and restaurant looking out to the sea was superb. Staff were excellent and very attentive. Didn’t use the Spa but looked nice and professional.

Prima volta a samui

The resort is in the Center of chaweng that is hyper noisy and a bit too much touristic. But once you go in and pass the lobby it is like an oasis of peace! Nice pool, nice beach, big bedrooms (some details to be renewed but minor ones like the tap of the sink a bit old etc) Nice spa and people very kind. Good breakfast.

The WiFi is not performing, we were obliged to go to the pool of the lobby to send some mails (the connection was fine but probably not powerful enough) they give you one keys per room... a bit annoying when you have a friend with different programmes in the night. (The house keeper is always there but normally you have 1 keys/per person... and the house keeps not disturbed every time)

We will most definitely be staying at Chaweng Beach Resort on our next visit to Koh Samui.

Everything. The rooms, grounds, beautiful fish ponds, etc were well maintained. For us as a family, spending three weeks in Thailand, our 7 night stay at Chaweng Regent Beach Resort was like the icing on top of a perfectly baked cake. The staff at Chaweng Beach Resort were welcoming from the time we arrived. A very special thank you to Ms. Ying and Ms. Jeed who made every effort to ensure that our stay at Chaweng Regent Beach Resort was memorable. Just to add, I was so impressed by the service and the resort itself that I booked my brother and his entirely family in for a 7 night stay as well from the 4 January - 10 January 2020.

The breakfasts, light lunches at the Chomtolay Restaurant including the dinners at the Red Snapper Restaurant on the property were well above average. In my view, it would be great if Chaweng Regent Beach Resort look in to some halaal options for their guests. None the less, we came by.

Nice but overpriced

The location was great. Right in the middle of everything, lots of good restaurants near by. The resort was beautiful and rooms were big. The breakfast was very good.

There were a lot of mosquitos. The housekeeping was very slow. We left in the morning and came back at 4:00 and our rooms were still not clean. Then we had to wait another hour for towels. It didn’t seem like the rooms were cleaned with chemicals, just water.

Amazing place for relaxing holiday. Perfect location with beautiful beach one side and street other side, which is livel

Clean, comfortable rooms. Very comfortable beds, air conditioning. Lovely bathroom with outdoor bathtub and terrace. Beautiful gardens with two pools. One garden and one next to beach. Great breakfast. Lots of sun beds next to both pools and on beach. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Booked late check out and had airport transfer which was 5 minutes away.

As well as expected.

The location on the beach area is good and the distance from the airport is good

Unfortunately in the breakfast area there are cats (some being fed by guests) although this did not bother me during the morning of the 21st when I was getting my eggs a cat had jumped on my table and was around my food. If it was not for another guest telling me this I would have been unaware. They should try to discourage the cats in the breakfast area if possibel

Paradise with great service

We liked everything about this resort! The location was great, right on the long white sandy beach, but also right on the main street once you out of the hotel. Everyone there is just so friendly, especially the young lady Dao serving us in the restaurant, and Jate who was in the kids club, what a lovely man. Great choice on breakfast including egg station, pancakes & waffles, Chinese corner, European style food, and great bakery options including gluten free bread & cake. Very comfortable seeting right by the beach, as the restaurant is open. Lovely breeze every morning, we just loved drinking our teas and watching the beach. Looking at other resorts I dare to say this place is the best on Chaweng Beach. Kids club was great for our daughter to take a break from the sun, always activities on program, toys and arts to enjoyopens from 10am till 6pm. The pool restaurant serves tasty meals during the day to enjoy by the pool. We also got a lovely birthday message in our room on my birthday. The staff is happy to serve, and is very fast in delivering whatever you ask for. Will be happy to go back anytime

We only missed children's potty in the bathroom for our daughter. Everything else was available for us

Excellent location, comfy rooms, great staff and facilities.

Staff were exceptional. We initially had a garden view room that was not very private and they did everything possible to move us to a more quiet location. Rooms were comfortable, facilities great we used the gym and the spa services.

The steps inside room doesn't seem practical and looks hazardous. Room bit small.

The breakfast was very nice, although the waffles weren't that good. Orange juice and cappachinos were great.

You couldn't get pool or beach towels at the garden pool. The hotel need new bathroom and beach/pool towels.
